My stay at the Hanoi Golden Holiday Hotel was quite pleasant. The location was excellent, right in the heart of the Old Quarter, making it easy to explore. While the staff was incredibly helpful, especially Kim, I did find the bathroom cleanliness left something to be desired, which was a downside.
